QUIMIBÉRICA, S.A. is a company dedicated to:
– Design, manufacturing, packaging, and marketing of tubes, antifreeze, lubricants, and auxiliary chemicals for automotive and industrial use.

• Establishing continuous improvement processes for the Integrated Management System to enhance products, services, or processes, ensuring quality, environmental commitment, worker safety, and evaluating the effectiveness of actions taken.
• Integrating prevention at all hierarchical levels of the company, ensuring training/information, consultation rights, and participation of workers.
• Promoting the optimization of economic, material, technological, and human resources to achieve better results, with greater efficiency and effectiveness in the performance of tasks and/or objectives.
• Promoting the implementation of a more sustainable circular economy model (Renew-Recycle-Recover) by minimizing the consumption of raw materials and natural resources in production, optimizing resources and processes to ensure waste has a new use, both in our processes and those of third parties, contributing to environmental balance and sustainability.
• Ensuring the necessary human and material resources to establish, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System.
• Disseminating this integrated Policy to all stakeholders and ensuring that it is understood and comprehended.

This policy provides the framework for establishing the objectives and necessary improvements in the integrated management system for compliance. For this, the collaboration of all organizational personnel is essential—they must know, follow, and be aware of their responsibility and the importance of their participation through constant improvement efforts.
